SELLER POLICY


MANDATORY THINGS


1. Make your store look as attractive as possible (sellers)


Buyers will be more interested if you use good quality photos in your store product list. Show your skills in taking photos and provide the highest quality photos. Don't forget to provide accurate product information by including a detailed product description. Complete information helps shoppers to shop safely. Serving buyers wholeheartedly can give your shop a chance to get a good rating and get good feedback from buyers.


2. Be a polite seller


We want to maintain a safe environment for everyone to enjoy a pleasant online shopping experience. Make sure your content remains appropriate and in accordance with the norms. This means that it does not contain vulgar language or words, offending SARA sentiments, harsh words, spam and others. We require mutual respect and good behavior. Ensure transactions are safe and enjoyable for everyone.


3. Take care of your store's reputation


Create a pleasant shopping experience for your shoppers by replying to their messages quickly and precisely. Shoppers with high levels of satisfaction are more likely to shop again and give your store a good rating.


Maintain the reputation of your store by preparing sufficient stock of goods and sending orders on time. This is done to avoid order cancellations or refunds.


To ensure that every user has a pleasant shopping experience, Hobikoe will send alert notifications to sellers who have a bad store reputation. In certain cases, Hobikoe may terminate exclusive features of your store (example: free shipping program, Hobikoe selected sellers), lower your product search ranking, limit or suspend access to your store account.


Here are some tips to maintain your store's reputation:


· Monitor and update your stock at least once a day


· Provide detailed and clear product and service descriptions, accompanied by original photos of the products you sell


· Respond to buyer messages quickly and on time


· Make sure your goods are in good condition before shipping


· Pack orders properly and carefully to avoid damage in shipping


· Respond to requests for returns / refunds quickly


· If you want to cancel an order due to unforeseen events, be sure to immediately notify the buyer by giving a clear reason


PROHIBITED THINGS


1. Violating the General Terms of Hobikoe Products


Products sold on Hobikoe must display clear and understandable information. We will also limit the types of products that can be traded according to Hobikoe's policies.


2. Product name and details are irrelevant


We want all Hobikoe users to get relevant information when opening a product page. Make sure that your Photo, Name and Product Description are appropriate and really display the product you want to sell. Each product page can only be used to sell one type of object and one brand, unless the product being sold is indeed a product that is sold in packages (bundling).


3. Product photos that contain negative elements


Hobikoe is an online marketplace platform that can be accessed by anyone and we want to keep all users comfortable. You are prohibited from uploading photos containing vulgar and abusive language or words, offending SARA sentiments, and others.


4. Include spam words


Hobikoe prohibits the use of spam words so that users can find products easily. Spam words are words that are irrelevant or not related to the product being sold. Adding irrelevant brand names, keywords or hashtags will hinder the product search process, and may cause the product to be removed or blocked by our system. Examples of prohibited spam words:


· Using irrelevant keywords in the product name. Example: Selling kris, precious stones etc. Always make sure the product name contains only one type of item that matches the product.


· Include other items in the product description other than the product being sold. Example: selling stones, but in the description of other products/services


· Listing irrelevant numbers or letters in the product name. Example: Majapahit coin 12356 or QWERTYYIOPOPAS gemstone.


· Include redundant word repetitions in product names. Example: discount discount antiques.


· Listing incorrect or inappropriate brand attributes. Example: If the product you are selling is Antique Painting, make sure the attributes are listed correctly, not other irrelevant products.


5. Uploading (uploading) duplicate products


A product is said to be a duplicate if the product is uploaded (uploaded) many times without any significant difference between them. Sellers are prohibited from uploading (uploading) duplicate products from any account, including if users create different accounts to sell the same product and sell with duplicate accounts. This may cause your product to be automatically blocked by our system.


6. Using old product pages to upload new products


Product pages that already have ratings are strictly prohibited from being used to sell a different product. If Hobikoe detects this, your product will be restricted. You can return the product page details to the original product no later than 3 (three) days or the product will be deleted.


7. Price manipulation


Manipulating prices is a violation of Hobikoe rules for example: listing a product at a very low price for the purpose of not being sold or bought by Hobikoe users. This may cause your product to be automatically blocked by our system.


8. Directing Buyers for transactions outside of Hobikoe


It is strictly forbidden to direct Buyers to make transactions outside of Hobikoe, such as by including your name, logo and other buying and selling place links in your product/store name/description. This may result in your product being removed or blocked by our system. You are also prohibited from including personal contacts such as mobile phone numbers, SMS or WhatsApp. The social media platforms listed on Hobikoe only serve as a means of conveying information about sellers in order to gain more trust from buyers to make transactions at your store.


9. Identity fraud


Fraud and identity fraud are serious offenses in Hobikoe. Respect the rights of others and write clearly If you use other people's photos (not actual photos).

The following are examples of identity fraud:


· Collect and use other people's data without their knowledge (such as personal data, photos, and other personal data).


· Misuse someone else's identity to increase the credibility of your account.


Help us to create a good and strong community. If you find any identity fraud or any of the things described above, please contact the Hobikoe help center immediately.


10. Product non-conformance


If there is a discrepancy between the title, description, pictures, and promises of the products and services, it is the responsibility of the seller. Hobikoe is not responsible for the conditions conveyed by the seller.


11. Unauthorized use of the Hobikoe logo


Any use of the Lowest Price Guarantee logo/watermark and/or other Hobikoe-related logos for promotional and/or other marketing purposes must obtain official permission from Hobikoe. Hobikoe reserves the right to delete and/or adjust content, including limiting user accounts if necessary, for any use of the Lowest Price Guarantee logo/watermark and/or other Hobikoe-related logos that are detected to be unlicensed.


12. Violation of the terms of service and fraud


All promo codes are provided to Sellers to help increase and grow user sales. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:


· Falsification of sales information


· Misuse of product discounts and Free Shipping


· Voucher abuse


· Fraud of any kind


13. Interfering with other users' selling activities


Hobikoe has the right to freeze the account and/or cancel the transaction and/or give penalty points if the user is found to have taken actions that interfere with the selling activities of other users.


Hobikoe monitors all user accounts and ensures that users comply with all our regulations. Violation of this rule may result in but not limited to the following actions:


· Permanent deletion of user accounts


· Freezing of Hobikoe Guarantee funds for investigation if needed


· Civil and/or criminal lawsuits or provision of material and immaterial compensation


Everyone has an important role in keeping Hobikoe safe. Hobikoe is open for everyone to use the Hobikoe online marketplace platform in buying and selling transactions. With mutual respect, we can create a community of antiques and the best hobby in online shopping. If you find a violation, you can notify the Hobikoe team by reporting the product or user through the Hobikoe help center. Please note that this does not guarantee account or product deletion as it will still be processed through Hobikoe's policy. Your feedback is very important to us. HOW TO BECOME A USER ON HOBIKOE


1. Open google and enter the linkhobikoe.com


2. Select the REGISTER menu on the main page


3. Click REGISTER NOW


4. Fill in your Name and Active Email and Password on the CREATE ACCOUNT Page


5. Check by registering you agree to our terms & conditions


6. Click Create Account


7. Open the email inbox, see the verification email from Hobikoe


8. Click here on the verification email to go to the hobikoe dashboard


9. Click Manage Profile Then Fill Personal Data (including download photos) in BASIC INFO


10. Click Update Profile


11. Fill in your Identity (Upload KTP / SIM) on ACCOUNT VERIFICATION


12. Click SEND ID


13. Fill in the FULL ADDRESS


14. After completion you can register as a seller or buyer by following the further instructions set by Hobikoe.



HOW TO BECOME A SELLER IN HOBIKOE


1. Click BECOME A SELLER


2. Fill in the BASIC INFO completely (Store name, Logo & Address)


3. Click REGISTER YOUR STORE


4. You are now in STORE SETTINGS


5. Fill in the BASIC INFO in Store Settings completely (Store Name, Upload Store Photo, Complete Address, Title Front View Store Name, Fill Description Store Name Front View)


6. Click SAVE


7. In the SLIDER SETTINGS select a photo for the store header, a maximum of 5 photos


8. Click SAVE


9. In the SOCIAL MEDIA Link Menu, fill in the appropriate social media link that you have


10. Click SAVE


11. Click the HOME menu and then click VERIFY NOW


12. STORE VERIFICATION menu appears


13. Fill in the complete VERIFICATION INFO


14. Click APPLY


15. Wait for Approval from Hobikoe Admin


16. Check on the HOME for VERIFICATION (green logo on the right)


17. Click PRODUCT


18. Click ADD NEW PRODUCT


19. Fill in PRODUCT INFORMATION


20. Fill in PRODUCT IMAGES (Upload main image / gallery image and upload thumbnail photo)


21. Fill in the PRODUCT VIDEO if any


22. Contents of PRODUCT VARIATION (color & size)


23. Fill in PRODUCT PRICE & STOCK


24. Fill in the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


25. Fill in PDF Verification if you have a PDF file


26. Contents of SEO Meta Tags (Front Title / Store Name, Description, Front Image)
