What payment methods support transactions?
Hobikoe supports a total of 2 payment options, namely via bank transfer
& OVO, ShopeePay and Dana Apps
Buyers can buy products at Hobikoe using the bank transfer payment method
(check manually). Banks that have collaborated with Hobikoe Marketplace are:
BCA, MANDIRI, BNI, BRI, BANK PERMATA, BANK SAHABAT SAMPOERNA, BANK CIMB NIAGA,
BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA, BANK JABAR BANTEN.
This app is a new solution to pay online shopping. Can be used directly to make payments at Hobikoe, if the balance is available, sufficient. Applications that have collaborated with Hobikoe Marketplace are: OVO, ShopeePay dan Dana.
What can I do if my payment fails?
If you have made a payment and it fails, Hobikoe provides 2 (two)
options for assistance, namely in the Help Ticket Menu application button and
by contacting Hobikoe Marketplace Customer Service, including the following
details:
The Hobikoe Marketplace Customer Service Team will help process reports
received within 1x24 hours, since you submitted the report. You can send via
email to cs@hobikoe.com In addition, you can contact Customer Service through the Call Center,
please call 08122751111.

Will payment be collected before I receive my
order, or after I receive the orde
In the Hobikoe Marketplace, you apply payment transactions first. After
placing an order in the Hobikoe Marketplace Application, you will get an
invoice in the form of details of the goods ordered along with the nominal
payment. Which will automatically be saved in the purchase history menu in your
Hobikoe Marketplace Application homepage. So when you have free time, you can
make payments through the payment system provided by the Hobikoe Marketplace.
Hobikoe Marketplace provides a payment deadline of 3*24 hours for you to pay for your ordered goods. This method provides an opportunity for you to re-check your ordered items. After that you can confirm via delivery or upload proof of transaction to the Hobikoe Marketplace, it is a requirement in the Hobikoe Marketplace transaction process. After you process the payment and upload the proof of the transaction, then the Hobikoe Marketplace team will check the payment transaction if it is appropriate, then the Hobikoe Marketplace Team will immediately contact the seller to send your ordered item
PAYMENT
Hobikoe Marketplace makes it easy for customers to make every
transaction by providing payment methods, namely through Bank Transfer Payments
and through electronic money.
You can make payments via bank transfer or via electronic money
Manual transfer to account using Virtual Account or via Hobikoe
Marketplace electronic money.
The steps are as follows:
After you add the product to the cart, select continue payment >
recheck your order > continue shipping > select the delivery destination
address > proceed to shipping info > continue > select the type of
delivery > next you will receive an invoice summary then click on the box “I
agree with terms and conditions, return policy & privacy policy” and select
complete order > then you will receive a transaction ID which you will later
use if there are problems with payment and delivery of orders > select
payment method > select bank transfer / electronic money application (OVO, ShopeePay,
Dana) > select the payment bank you want > make a payment using a virtual
account > the Hobikoe Marketplace team will handle your problem 1X24 hours

PURCHASE
Purchases must be made on the official Hobikoe website or mobile
application.
Purchases must use the payment method that has been determined by
Hobikoe.
All buyers understand that all products on the Hobikoe website are sold
and shipped by registered stores, not by Hobikoe.
Each buyer at the time of making a transaction agrees that:
Consignee
It should be understood beforehand that the one who
sent the goods was not from Hobikoe.
Goods that have been received and there are no
complaints, the buyer must immediately confirm the receipt of goods.
If the buyer does not confirm receipt of the goods after exceeding the time limit of 3 (three) days and the goods have been declared delivered based on information from the delivery service, the purchase process is declared complete and the transaction funds will be forwarded to the store transaction history.
Some things that allow goods to arrive late to the buyer:
Hobikoe is not responsible for the delay in receiving the goods by the
buyer.
Delivery of goods is the responsibility of the store and the delivery
service chosen by the store.
Error shipping address, this is the responsibility of the buyer, shop or
delivery service depending on the error that entered the address.
Items lost during delivery, this is the responsibility of the delivery
service.
The goods are still in transit by the delivery service, because the
estimated time is not correct, this is the responsibility of the delivery
service.
If the delivery service is late, it can be checked from the receipt
number given by the store.
Goods have arrived but are not directly received by the buyer concerned.
If the status of the transaction is sent but the goods have not been
received by the buyer, then make sure the goods have been received by other
parties around such as other family members or closest neighbors.
